I forgot to add my chosen fragrance at the checkout, can I add it now?

Yes! Simply fill out a form under the contact tab with your order number or reach out on facebook within 24 hours of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card, paypal, apple pay, afterpay and zip pay.

I’ve changed my mind, can I have a refund?

No! Once orders are dispatched, unfortunately I will not offer refunds for change of mind.

My candles have arrived damaged, what do I do?

Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of the goods, breakages do happen! If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me as soon as possible so I can offer support.

I need my candles now! How long do I have to wait?

Typically, an order will be made and shipped within 3 business days. If a candle is in stock, processing time will be shorter. Please allow 1-3 business days for express delivery and 5-7 days for regular
